Brandi M. Green

LCSW
psychotherapist

Brandi’s primary goal as a therapist is to foster an environment where you feel safe, comfortable, seen and heard. She is dedicated to supporting you as you navigate life's transitions and challenges. She believes that her clients are the experts of their own lives – and that she is present to learn about you and support you on your healing journey. Striving for a collaborative relationship where you uncover your strengths, feel empowered and persist in spite of systemic challenges - Brandi is warm, empathetic, and open.

Brandi has experience with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life adjustments (career, family, grief and loss, etc.). Brandi is passionate about working with Black women and mothers to heal from intergenerational trauma to impact their lives and communities. Her approach varies based on the needs of the client. While Brandi believes there is no “one-size fits" approach she does utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy. Her style utilizes a strength-based, trauma informed approach that encourages growth and healing.
