Therapy Groups

Group therapy can be the most powerful and transformative part of recovery, and your healing journey. At LifePath we offer a variety of groups to provide a place to learn from and alongside others, practice new skills, take in fresh perspectives, and be in community.

Trauma Resiliency Skills Group I

Trauma can have a deep and lasting impact on our sense of self, and leave us feeling stuck in the past or disconnected from who we want to be. As the foundational skills group for our trauma series, we will focus on developing techniques for emotion and nervous system regulation, empowering you to stay in the present and move towards the meaningful life you want to build.

Trauma Resiliency Skills Group II

Building upon the first level of the Trauma Resiliency Skills group, Level 2 will deepen your understanding of self and help you integrate mind and body. This group draws from and integrates Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, and Internal Family Systems.

Caring for Caregivers - Support Group

You never expected or planned to become a full time caregiver to your partner or parent, and this shift often brings feelings of loneliness, anger, or loss. The role reversal can be scary and hard to navigate, as you take on new responsibilities while trying to plan for the future. The Caring for Caregivers group is a supportive space for you, in your time of uncertainty.

Room for Grief - Support Group

When we experience loss it may feel like we are plunged from the “everyday normal” into a new upside-down world. It is involuntary, lonely, and deeply painful - marked by deep sadness, anger, or numbness. You don’t have to be “strong” and you don’t have to do this alone. The Room for Grief group is a place for you to process with people who understand.
