About Our Practice + Our Therapy Team
At LifePath Therapy, individuals, relationships, families, and communities — across all seasons of life— find refuge and restoration that fosters connection and healing.
-
At LifePath Therapy we partner with individuals, relationships, and families across the lifespan who are facing the complexities and challenges that are an inherent part of living. We believe collective liberation is deeply rooted in personal liberation. Our therapists are committed to maintaining a stance of compassion, curiosity, and cultural humility while we collaborate with you throughout the therapeutic process.
We believe that healing unfolds and that new possibilities can emerge within safe and connected relationships. We invite clients into self-exploration to open up new possibilities and expand their capacities. We believe in the liberation of all people through challenging the practices and systems that uphold oppression and affirming the stories and lived experiences of our clients. -

At LifePath, we acknowledge that racism is deeply embedded in the structures and systems that govern our society, including the mental health system.
-
As a team of therapists, we commit to confronting the reality of racism both within ourselves and in our practices, by engaging in self-reflection, identifying and challenging our own biases, uplifting diverse voices, and holding a curious and accountable space for discussions about power and privilege. We recognize the profound impact of oppression on mental health, particularly in a system that has pathologized people’s responses to unjust conditions and aim to address it through inclusive therapeutic practices that value agency, compassion, and liberation.
We seek to promote anti racism through professional development, advocacy, and through accountability with our clients and also with each other. Our practice is inclusive to and welcoming of all humans, including folks who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color (BIPOC), members of the LGBTQIA+ community, folks of any size, folks with disabilities, and folks of any religion.
