Trauma Resiliency Skills Group II

Building upon the first level of the Trauma Resiliency Skills group, level 2 will deepen your understanding of self and help you reclaim pleasure, joy, and connection.

Drawing from and integrating Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, we will do a deep dive into the next stage of trauma recovery.

This group will help you to experience and practice nervous system regulation, learn to resource, tap into pleasure and play, and move towards connecting all parts of you so that you feel more freedom and choice in your life. You will develop a nuanced understanding of how your “parts” developed for protection, how they interact with one another, and how to integrate them so that you feel a greater sense of capacity, mindfulness, and empowerment!

Some of the topics group therapy will cover:

  • Neuroception

  • Somatic Resourcing

  • Parts Work

  • Connecting/Integrating Parts

  • Reclaiming pleasure, play, and connection

“When I initially heard about this group, I don't think I knew how much my life would change. It helped me to do lose some of the shame I had around having trauma…Being able to speak freely without shame or judgement, freed me.”
